SEO Content Manager at BairesDev

We are seeking an experienced SEO Content Manager to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a worldclass content strategy that drives organic growth and enhances our digital presence. You will work closely with stakeholders across Product, Conversion Optimization, and Content teams to create and implement tactical plans that optimize our web properties, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for SEO and content, dedicated to achieving commercial goals through datadriven decisions and continuous optimization.

What You Will Do

Collaborate closely with the Content team to deliver highquality, engaging content that aligns with our SEO strategy.
Conduct indepth analysis and research to identify new content opportunities and trending topics.
Perform keyword research to guide content creation and ensure optimal search performance.
Develop and implement strategies for new content campaigns that drive organic traffic and engagement.
Optimize existing content to improve rankings and visibility across search engines.
Create datadriven content plans to attract targeted organic traffic with high conversion potential.
Monitor and analyze site performance, keyword rankings, and traffic trends to identify areas for improvement.
Report on progress and insights to the SEO Director, adjusting strategies to meet evolving business goals.

Requirements

5 years of experience as an SEO Content Manager or in a similar role.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferably technical, such as STEM or a related discipline.
Proven experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, and Google Search Console.
Expertise in AB testing and other optimization methods.
Indepth knowledge of research principles and data analysis techniques.
Advanced English proficiency, as we work primarily with USbased clients.
Experience in technology or TECHrelated industries is highly preferred.
