Chief of Staff to the CMO at BairesDev
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to the CMO to act as the right hand to our Chief Marketing Officer, supporting the structure and initiatives responsible for generating 60 of BairesDevs revenue 300M in 2024. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, strategic, and possess strong numerical and leadership skills to drive crossteam collaboration and operational efficiency.
What Youll Do
Lead project planning and monitoring for strategic initiatives delegated by the CMO.
Conduct research on future initiatives within the Marketing organization to support business growth.
Orchestrate crossteam and intrateam projects, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
Oversee business operations, including regular budget reviews and marketing performance analysis.
What We Are Looking For
Mandatory Skills
5 years of experience in Growth Marketing andor Digital Marketing, including CRM experience.
5 years of overall experience in Marketing.
2 years in leadership roles with team management experience.
Basic knowledge of SQL, Email Marketing, SEO, and SEM.
Experience in B2B Marketing.
Strong analytical skills with a datadriven mindset.
Native or Bilingual level of English.
Desirable Skills
Experience in the Software Development Industry.
Background in business operations.
Previous Chief of Staff experience or similar strategic roles.
Experience with marketing analytics and operations
Degree in a quantitative field e.g., Engineering, Statistics, Economics, etc.
