As a Sales Account Manager at Telefónica Tech, you'll embark on a comprehensive program designed to refine your consultative selling skills in Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Internet of Things solutions.
This will equips you with the tools to make an immediate impact within our highly collaborative sales team.

Join us and make a difference! The Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of clients and prospects, identifying, and closing sales opportunities, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
You will generate demand, qualify leads, and drive sales growth.
What You’ll Do This role presents a challenging and exciting opportunity to test and enhance your sales skills, tenacity, prospecting abilities, critical thinking, focus, and follow-through.
You'll receive the tools, training, coaching, and resources needed to succeed.
Upon receiving your territory assignment, you will qualify and promote leads for new prospects and existing customers, ensuring clear next steps are communicated to the Telefónica Tech sales team.
The Sales Account Manager role includes incentive compensation contingent upon achieving specific objectives.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will.
Manage Client Relationships.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
Identify and Qualify Leads.
Build a robust sales pipeline using cold calling methodologies, social selling, and networking.
Qualify leads and prospects based on defined criteria.
Execute Sales Strategies and goals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Collaborate with Teams.
Work closely with field sales representatives, marketing, and technical teams to develop comprehensive sales strategies and drive business growth.
Conduct Research.
Utilize Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, Lusha, and similar tools to gather information on potential clients and stay informed about industry trends.
Maintain CRM Data.
Ensure all data is accurately maintained and updated in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM to track activity and manage client information effectively.
Drive Business Growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and/or expansion/upsell opportunities within your assigned territory.
Promote Company Solutions.
Educate clients on our Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Internet of Things solutions, demonstrating how our offerings can address their specific needs and challenges.
