STRATEGY & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR – LATAM DELIVERY

As part of the LATAM Delivery Central Operations team, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Community Operations, and regional Operations teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across the business.
What You’ll Do Lead courier onboarding strategies to improve platform access, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Analyze LATAM market trends, generate insights, and launch strategic initiatives to drive supply growth.
Manage cross-functional product rollouts, ensuring successful adoption across multiple LATAM markets.
Oversee compliance standards, collaborating with Operations, Product, Legal, and Engineering teams to maintain alignment.
Independently design and lead small to medium-scale projects from planning to execution.
What You’ll Need 2+ years of experience solving analytical problems or leading projects.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and make informed decisions.
Problem-solving mindset, using critical thinking and data-driven approaches to tackle challenges.
Executional excellence, ensuring smooth project execution and proactive error detection.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications Experience using SQL or Python for data analysis.
Project management experience, with a track record of successfully driving initiatives.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to internal tools and software to implement operational strategies effectively.
