As part of our Sales and Business Development team, you will play a critical role in showcasing our products and services to potential clients while contributing to UniteSync's growth in the music and tech sectors.
Key Responsibilities Represent UniteSync’s products and services in the music publishing and rights management industry.
Conduct market research to align our solutions with the needs of composers, songwriters, and music publishers.
Generate leads and build relationships with warm prospects while seeking new opportunities for partnerships.
Manage a pipeline of interested prospects and coordinate with executives for effective follow-ups.
Analyze and enhance lead generation strategies and develop the sales playbook.
Utilize CRM tools, email campaigns, and targeted outreach (including cold calling) to drive new sales.
Forge long-term, trusting relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth transition to client success teams.
Proactively identify new business opportunities in the music and tech sectors.
Facilitate meetings between prospective clients and UniteSync leadership.
Qualifications and Skills Proven sales experience, specifically in tech or music-related industries.
Strong communication skills via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
Creative problem-solving abilities paired with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
High ambition and a desire to grow within a dynamic sales organization.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace tools.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Able to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter capable of delivering measurable results with minimal supervision.
Desirable Skills While not mandatory, having a background in music or an understanding of the music industry could greatly enhance your contribution to our team.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and previous exposure to client relationship management would also be beneficial.
