QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR

Main Responsibilities
🔹 Internal Quality Management:
Prepare, update, and periodically review quality documents (Quality Manual, procedures, forms).
Coordinate and participate in accreditation processes.
Implement the annual activity program (audits, training, Management Review, among others).
Monitor and control non-conformities, complaints, and claims.
Supervise and manage platforms for quality management systems and Compliance.
Report HSE indicators at both local and regional levels.
Ensure compliance with the SSO&MA Management System.
🔹 Compliance and Corporate Social Responsibility:
Represent and enforce Compliance regulations within the company.
Provide regular compliance management reports to regional leaders.
Coordinate compliance training initiatives.
Participate in related audits.
Requirements
✅ Education: Degree or technical certification in a relevant field, with knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
✅ Experience: Minimum 5 years working with integrated management systems.
✅ Technical Skills:
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Certified Auditor in Integrated Management Systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
✅ Skills & Competencies:
Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory requirement.
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to coordinate teams and work under pressure.
