QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE ASSISTANT

Descripción del puesto Purpose.
• Carry out specific inspections in the indicated areas, identifying opportunities for improvements and proceeding with tabulating product sampling according to the established sampling tables and attributes.
Functions.
• Thoroughly inspect the unloading of containers, while sampling the products according to the quantities assigned to be inspected.
• Conduct the corresponding inspections.
picking inspections, VAS sampling, aisle inspections, manufacturing, filing of audits and review of procedures.
• Ensure compliance with the following internal programs.
cleaning, temperature control, pest control and BPA, BPM and BPD audits.
• Monitor cold room temperatures and record results.
• Notify the department and interested areas of any observed deviation.
• Conduct monthly surveys.
• Carry out evaluation of assigned suppliers.
• Detect and report nonconformities to identify opportunities for improval in your area.
