Job Responsibilities.
Define the product strategy and maintain a clear roadmap for your domain.
Manage your product throughout its lifecycle from ideas to launch and continuous iteration.
Specify market requirements for current and future products through market research informed by customer and prospect interviews.
Create and nurture a robust feedback system between customers and our sales, marketing, and support teams.
Transform ideas into clear product requirement documents and technical user stories.
Collaborate with designers to build prototypes that ensure an excellent user experience.
Work alongside sales, marketing, and support to establish clear and well-positioned product content and messaging.
Continuously monitor product adoption and usage against KPIs and OKRs.
About the Position.
As a Product Manager at ElevateOS, you will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, guiding initiatives from prototype to launch and beyond.
Empathy for our customers is crucial to success, requiring you to quickly gain expertise on the Elevate solution suite and the proptech industry, particularly within the multifamily apartment market.
You will closely collaborate with both B2B and B2C customers to ensure consistent value creation and identify new problems to address.
This role involves working with leadership and internal stakeholders to craft a product roadmap, fostering relationships across sales, marketing, design, and engineering teams to unify everyone around the product vision.
While you will be instrumental in building features and launching products, the true measure of success resides in the outcomes and validation that our customers continually find value in our offerings and enhance their operational efficiency.
Nice-to-Have Skills.
Experience in prop-tech systems.
Familiarity with products that integrate with physical spaces.
Experience with keyless access control systems and integrations such as Dormakaba, OpenPath, Yale, Salto, Schlage.
Knowledge of Property Management Systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, ResMan, etc.).
