In this role, you will be responsible for.
Key Responsibilities.
Our department supports a wide range of business activities including Sales Controlling, Production and Product Cost Controlling, Overheads and Headcount Controlling, Service Controlling, R&D Controlling, Financial Accounting.
As a successful candidate you will have the flexibility to learn and grown in various roles and take on new responsibilities along your journey.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Develop and maintain complex financial models, provide in-depth analysis of financial information to guide decision-making and improve profitability.
• Financial Reporting.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to senior management offering insights that influence key business strategies.
• Applied data Science.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the company's financial strategy, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting.
Identify key drivers in the business and incorporate these in the budgeting process.
Create forecasts that align with our strategic goals.
• Cost Management.
Develop and implement cost control processes that enhance efficiency across the business.
• Sales Controlling.
Provide accurate cost estimates and financial support for pricing decisions and product development.
• Stakeholder Collaboration.
Work closely with cross-functional teams & department heads to ensure financial objectives are met, align financial goals with overall business strategy.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other departments, like Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Production, R&D, Customer Service, Logistics and others.
• Financial Systems & Tools.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance financial systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications What We’re Looking For • Qualifications.
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional certifications (e.
., CIMA, ACCA) are a plus.
Knowledge of IFRS is beneficial.
• Experience.
3 years of experience in Management Accounting, preferably within the manufacturing sector and in an international environment.
• Skills.
Highly result-oriented with strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modelling and Excel, curious about data-management tools and has experience of working with them (e.
., Alteryx, Power BI) and experience with ERP systems (e.
., SAP).
• Attitude.
A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to meet deadlines.
• Team player.

Working Hours.
39 hours a week encompassing a three-shift rotation comprising 1st shift mornings, 2nd shift afternoons and 3rd shift nights (when required).
However compulsory overtime and shift flexibility is required to fulfill the business needs of the company.
