This is a key and strategic role that requires a balance of strategy, sales, and a roll-up your sleeves and 'get it done' attitude.

The Partner Sales Manager role requires a self-starter profile and ability to manage the multiple areas of the business.

rovide consistent alignment with partner management to ensure that our partners are developing their sales and delivery capabilities in line with Salesforce strategy and code of conduct.
aintain pipeline and dashboards that communicate to Executive Leadership the effectiveness of identified programs and investments.
emonstrable proof of producing measurable results of influenced revenue through partners.
ork on reports development and data analysis to provide effective presentations for "data-driven" decisions.
bility to liaise with and motivate individuals at all levels of partner relationshipsWork closely with sales, resell, professional services, legal and ethics/compliance teams.
xpertise and skills.
road-based business and information technology expertise with 7+ years in either alliance management, consulting or sales with a track record of driving successful business development activities.
ndustry Experience working with partners and their Industry Leaders/P&L owners across key Industries.
FS/Insurance, Retail/CPG, Hi-Tech, HC/LS, Industrial Manufacturing and/or Communications.
istory of successfully developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships exceeding partners revenue targets.
bility to work with different partners profiles - local, regional and global companies.
ood knowledge of Salesforce technology and applications products/solutions, platform and SaaS.
xcellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills.
bility to work both independently and with a team.
roven Thought Leader and Influencer with strong record of go to market experience with SI’s and SaaS, OnDemand or other Cloud technology companies.
oundational sales and marketing skills - specially for demand generation planning and execution.
