About the Role The Uber Advertising Sales team is seeking strategic sellers to join as founding members of our newly formed Uber Advertising division.
As an Ads Partner Manager, you will collaborate with some of the largest brands in Chile to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns across our Mobility and Delivery platforms.
You will become an expert in Uber’s Ads offerings, guiding our advertising partners on how our products can meet their marketing objectives.
What You'll Do Proactively monitor campaign performance, identify issues, and work to resolve them effectively.
Participate in internal kickoff calls to understand campaign specifics and navigate complex executions.
Coordinate the launch and ongoing management of campaigns, keeping all stakeholders informed with timely updates and clear expectations.
Manage regular campaign reporting based on advertisers’ needs.
Develop a deep understanding of clients’ marketing goals and challenges, offering proactive solutions to support them.
Advise clients on adjusting tactics based on marketing goals and performance trends.
Identify opportunities to enhance performance and increase investment by analyzing data and sharing insights with the broader internal account team.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer results.
Apply your analytical skills to highlight trends, provide meaningful insights, and track the impact of initiatives against your customer’s goals.
Act as the voice of the customer, sharing product limitations and feedback with relevant internal teams.
Expand product adoption by clearly communicating the value of our newest products with creative approaches to differentiate our offerings.
Lead key initiatives across our Ads team to drive adoption for our CPG partners at scale, stepping in to assist teammates as needed.
What You'll Need At least 4 years of experience in Account Management, Operations, or Sales.
Experience managing and analyzing digital ad campaigns for FMCG brands.
Experience working with large, complex FMCG brands and organizations.
Ability to analyze results, review data, and propose recommendations; SQL skills are a plus.
Strong communication skills, with customer-facing experience being a bonus.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
A self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and embracing challenges.
A creative problem solver with a resourceful and proactive mindset.
Comfort in working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity.
A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
