Our team is looking for a versatile Operations and Project Coordinator who will be instrumental in supporting critical mission projects, nurturing client relationships, and enhancing our operational processes.
Key Responsibilities of the Role Client Payment Coordination.
Ensure timely collections by sending reminders and following up with clients on delayed payments.
Project Management.
Oversee and manage critical mission projects to guarantee on-time delivery and coordination across various teams.
Client and Administration Communication.
Facilitate clear communication regarding hourly rates, project scope, and operational details with both the administration team and clients.
Quote Preparation.
Prepare accurate and timely quotes for new and ongoing projects to assist in client onboarding and scope definition.
We're Looking for a Dynamic Individual Who...
as experience in project management, operations, or a similar role, ideally within a tech or software agency setting.
The ideal candidate will possess.
Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or Trello, alongside MS Office Suite.
The ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills and Experiences While not mandatory, it would be beneficial to have experience with agile methodologies or familiarity with additional project management software.
A background in client onboarding processes and an understanding of software development life cycles are also valued, as these skills could greatly enhance operational efficiency.
