Descripción del puesto Responsabilities (by order of priority, from the main role to the less important) 1.
Execute and Manage International transportation business in & out Panama; 2.
Develop and Build international transportation AIR, SEA, TRUCK network; 3.
Coordinate Imp & Exp customs clearance of Panama; 4.
Control transportation quality & timely delivery; 5.
Plan transportation resource for timely shipping & delivery; 6.
Manage LSP & EMS performance and drive improving; 7.
Manage transportation cost; 8.
Manage team to build good atmosphere & multi-country culture organization; Requisitos Professional Requirements, experience & knowledge ((by order of priority, from the main and must requirement to the less important) More than 5 years logistics or carrier related experience Samsung, Ericsson, Cosco, Maersk, Hamburg SUD, Copa airlines, etc or Freight Forwarding.
Good understanding of international logistics market & services Design, build and develop solutions for international transportation & customs processes Analyze requirements for customers and design appropriate cost-effective operation solutions.
Experience with international transportation, IncoTerms and customs process documents.
(AWB - BL - IP - COO - INVOICE - CARICOM - DMC - TI) Desired experience handling internal and external clients & cross-department collaboration.
Understanding and ability to use complex ERP systems such as SAP.
Interfacing with multiple internal teams to cover each facet of the solution beyond just the technical component.
Ability to work in dynamic situations, short timelines and with strict deadlines.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
