Job Description   The Opportunity.
Mattel is currently seeking a Key Account Representative; this role will be a member of a dynamic team and be responsible of having key communication with clients.
What Your Impact Will Be Development of a negotiation plan involving portfolio building by brand/item on a monthly/yearly basis to comply with the launches and strategy at brand and category level defined for LATAM.
Planning of monthly and annual client billings Planning of commercial calendar and space deals in season and off season.
Will be responsible for the client's GS, POS and profitability margin target.
Qualifications What We’re Looking For.
Experience in Retail/Mass Consumption Sales with more than 3 years in the commercial area, with high negotiation and leadership skills Ability to structure and develop business, with strategic thinking and high analytical skills.
Teamwork Strong Microsoft Excel skills Advanced English level     Additional Information What It’s Like To Work Here.
