This position provides day-to-day Sales delivery to Agfa customers and the Agfa organization in Brazil.
The Key Account Manager acts as single point of contact to customers for Agfa products & services and is responsible for identifying opportunities, creating an account strategy, coordinating and controlling the sales process, managing customer expectations and negotiating contracts.
Cultivating relationships (making, creating and establishing) is essential.
Accounts are a combination of products & solutions of high technical complexity.
The accounts entail also competitive and innovating/new products.

Establish and build strong client relationships over time that allow for continuity.
Ongoing representation of sales, support, and service delivery programs Accountability for profitable offer calculation, submission, and contract management Accountability for over dues Who You Are.
Ability to sell Radiology devices (DR/CR) in high and medium accounts.
Has empathy and develops understanding for a costumer needs.
Can add value to a customer life, not only once the deal is made but during the sales process.
Skilled in asking questions to get to the bottom of any hesitations or objections.
Can quickly extract the value that their proposal will bring for the prospect’s business.
Knowledge and Background in Radiology Imaging Products (equipment and consumables) Relationship Building Knowledge in CRM administration (ex Sales One, Sales force) (Agfa) Our Values.
