INTERNAL CONTROL SPECIALIST- BASED IN PANAMA

Help the manager of region Quality & Operation with all the internal control detail analysis, follow up tasks and result output.
Manage the top risks of the region.
organize the regional risks recognition, make the improvement plan, follow up the fulfillment result and output the result in the report.
Manage the internal control environment.
renew and maintain the Internal control group information(appointment document), clear overdue non-closure issues, organize the process and BCG study/training, PDMC+ process documents maintenance.
Manage the internal control tools.
CT result improvement follow up, organize the PR plan for top risks and follow up the fulfillment results, follow up the RT closure, MSS Risk Control system alert review, improvement and close(keep the system evaluation in heathy status), assist the region annual SACA evaluation.
Responsible for region monthly Internal Control monthly report update.
Regional Internal Control related report content preparation.
Accountability process organization, follow up and achievement.
Interconnect with the region's special internal control check assigned by HQ and organize the related Dept.
in region to finish by time limit.
iMarketing system region administrator configuration.
Requisitos Position requirements Bachelor degree in management, commerce, financing, International trading, or other major related to the business.
1+ years of experience in business risk control, internal process control, or business operation work.
Proficient in English and Chinese speaking, writing and reading Proficient skills in Office tools, and basic IT system operations as well as internet knowledge.
Professional skills Good communication skills with people from different backgrounds.
Drive and organize the team work cross the department.
Working under pressure and with great carefulness Target oriented, can understand and follow the work instructions to finish task on time.
