Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Growth Strategies.
Innovate campaigns that attract and engage leads across various channels.
Manage Email Marketing.
Design, execute, and enhance email campaigns utilizing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot to nurture and convert prospects.
Drive Social Media Presence.
Curate and distribute compelling content on LinkedIn and other networks to elevate brand awareness.
Create High-Impact Content.
Author and manage blog posts, case studies, and additional resources that highlight Lilo’s expertise and offerings.
Lead Outbound Marketing.
Craft targeted outbound campaigns employing LinkedIn Sales Navigator and cold emailing tools to generate leads.
Analyze and Report on Campaign Performance.
Track metrics, analyze results, and provide insights to drive performance enhancements.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally.
Partner with sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills Required Native or Bilingual English Level (C2).
Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B marketing, specifically within SaaS or tech startups.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, and LinkedIn.
Strong comprehension of social media platforms and their significance in the B2B marketing landscape.
Exceptional copywriting and content creation abilities, ensuring audience engagement.
Experience in data analysis, enabling the optimization of marketing campaigns.
A self-starter with outstanding project management skills.
Creative problem-solving mindset and results-oriented approach.
Desirable Skills and Attributes While not mandatory, experience or knowledge in digital analytics tools and performance marketing strategies would be advantageous.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools can further enhance your candidacy.
