) * Key Responsibilities .
mplementation & Configuration .
Lead the implementation of Oracle NetSuite ERP, including initial setup, configuration, and customization to meet business requirements.
evelopment & Integration .
Develop and implement enhancements, integrations, and custom workflows within the NetSuite platform, ensuring alignment with business processes.
rchitectural Design .
Lead the design and development of complex software architectures, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards.
ser Support & Training .
Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and conducting training sessions to ensure effective utilization of the system.
ystem Maintenance .
Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues; conduct regular system audits and updates.
ocumentation .
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
ollaboration .
Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
roject Management .
Manage ERP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
eporting & Analytics .
Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
xperience .
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle NetSuite (administration, implementation and support) with at least 3 years in a senior role.
echnical Skills .
trong knowledge of NetSuite architecture, development tools (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow), and reporting capabilities.
roven experience in ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, and user training.
