The role sits within the Google Cloud Professional Services Organization (PSO), where you will focus on helping customers transform and evolve their business through the use of Google’s global network, web scale data centers, and software infrastructure.
As part of an entrepreneurial team in this growing business, you will help shape the future of customers as they look to transform their businesses, modernize their infrastructure, and evolve how they use technology to connect with customers, employees, and partners.
You will be a part of the Digital Transformation Consulting team, specializing in scoping, shaping, and delivering cloud driven organizational and process transformations.
You will conduct assessments, deliver workshops to assess state environments, and plan, build, and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies.

Lead PSO customer facing program and project delivery and maintain customers to ensure programs and projects realize their goals.
Take leadership in customer relationships, consulting services delivery, and customer facing professional services delivery projects.
Provide transformation consulting expertise while engaging with client C-level leaders and industry and transformation leaders to accelerate their transition to Google Cloud.
Contribute to and lead the development of industry thought leadership and be focused on harvesting practices and insights from the field teams.
Design and develop new intellectual property, tool kits, and templates to accelerate our broader direct and partner services ecosystem.
Manage and participate in the development of service packages, materials, and templates as needed.
Minimum qualifications.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders, driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
Experience with Public Cloud technology and implementing cloud transformation.
Experience with network security, data security and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Experience leading professional services or consulting teams including practice management and operations, methodology development, business development support, pre-sales, executive relationship management, and managing delivery of professional services engagements.
Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interaction.
Preferred qualifications.
MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience managing cloud maturity and capability assessments, leading the design and implementation of cloud governance and operational processes, and developing cloud transformation roadmaps.
Passion for thought leadership in areas including cloud operating model and organizational transformation, cloud operations, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) along with public reference, blogs or white papers.
