Advise clients.
You will serve as thefront line voice and ears of our company, providing customer support via calls and emails for our international clients and partners; Communicate.
Assist clients and partners with existing reservations and answer questions prior to booking; Work with systems.
Distribute requests among departments and teams and log activity in CRM.
What We’re Looking For.
English Proficiency.
Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
Soft Skills.
Kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility.
Quick Learner.
Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused.
Tech Requirements.
