CUSTOMER SUCCESS & ONBOARDING MANAGER (PROPTECH)

Our Customer Success & Onboarding team plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
We are focused on cultivating strong partnerships with our customers, helping them derive maximum value from our products while fostering a culture of empathy and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and a high-quality experience.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing expert guidance and support.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and drive usage of the ElevateOS platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the onboarding process and improve customer satisfaction.
Monitor customer feedback and implementation metrics, driving continuous improvements in our systems and processes.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction, address any issues, and identify opportunities for further engagement.
Provide training sessions and workshops to empower customers in utilizing our tools effectively.
Who We Are Looking For We're looking for an individual with a proactive attitude and passion for creating positive customer experiences.
Ideal candidates will possess.
Must have fluent english 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Outstanding problem-solving skills and an empathetic approach, with the ability to understand and respond to client needs effectively.
Experience with project management methodologies to manage timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
A passion for learning and improving processes for better customer outcomes.
Desirable Additional Skills While not mandatory, the following skills and experiences would be beneficial.
Experience working in the PropTech or real estate industry.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Google Workspace, Hubspot, Airtable, JIRA, and Zendesk).
Knowledge of data analysis and metrics tracking to assess customer engagement and satisfaction.
