You will provide timely assistance, manage demo bookings for our Sales team, and resolve customer inquiries with confidence and clarity.

Customer Support.
Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing timely and accurate assistance to enhance user satisfaction with our platform usewhale.

emo Scheduling.
Manage and coordinate demo bookings for potential clients with our Sales team, ensuring a smooth process.
ssue Resolution.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate team members when necessary.
ustomer Follow-up.
Follow up with customers to confirm their issues are resolved and ensure they are satisfied with the service received.
nowledge Management.
Keep up-to-date with the latest information about our platform and services to provide accurate support.
ricing Information.
Address pricing questions and provide clear, accurate information to potential customers, aiding their decision-making process.
30 hours a week position with a competitive salary.

Experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center or customer support environment.
Skills and competencies.
Strong communication skills and customer-centric attitude.
Problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills.
Experience in handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
High level of empathy and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong English skills, both written and speaking Technical Knowledge.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365.
Basic technical troubleshooting skills are an advantage.
Experience in handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
