Job Description Primary Job Functions Respond to customer inquiries, providing information, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Handle order entries, invoicing, and ensuring proper documentation is maintained for each transaction.
Update and maintain customer databases and records, ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Work closely with customer service coordinators, service, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in generating customer service reports Address and escalate unresolved customer issues to the appropriate department or senior management.
Qualifications About you Bachelor’s or Associate‘s degree preferred, equivalent experience will be considered 1-3 years of experience in customer service, proficiency in customer service software and databases.
English is required and Portuguese is a plus Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
