Qualifications and requirements High school diploma; Bachelor’s in computer systems is a plus.
Basic computer hardware, software, and networking knowledge.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Fluent in English.
(Required) Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Quick learner of new technologies.
Previous customer-facing role experience is a plus.
Recommended Certifications.
CompTIA A+ Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) Hardware Specialist Responsibilities.
Set up and ship new employee computers.
Generate quotes and invoices for new equipment.
