emote Business Development Representatives Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development Representative, you will.
Identify and qualify potential clients through targeted prospecting and lead generation through cold calling.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build strong relationships to result positive closures.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Track and focus on developing the clientele continuously.
Be smart / sharp to analyze and pick the right prospective leads which will result in a positive closure through situational approach in convincing the potential customer.
Candidate Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferably native English speakers or someone with the ability to converse with a neutral accent.
Ability to manage multiple customer moods effectively through appropriate voice modulation Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to problem-solving and excellent negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven to reach success.
Ability to maintain work ethics whilst handling a remote role.
Ability to commit to 40 hours a week and be able to work according to EST hours Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in Inside Sales or Business Development or Sale & Marketing role is a definite advantage.
