ACCOUNT MANAGER

Descripción del puesto Main Responsabilities.
* Take charge of key customer relationships and organizational relationships developing, develop and implement customer relationship plans, and support decistions for market landscape improvement and market share expansion.
* Act as the core member of project of El Salvador Carrier BG, leading the project operations, and take respoonsability for project success.
* Gain insight into customers strategies, develop and implement strategic plannig, and reach strategic cooperation.
Understand and guide customer´s business, network, and business pain points, explore opportunities to expand the market, guide win-win projects, and resolve customer issues.
* Take charge of project negociation and transaction model desing, and take charge of project transaction and operation activities sucj a risk management.
Professionals Skills.
* Have working experience in ICT domain.
* Have experience in sales project operation, and have some knowledge of sales project operations.
* Customer relationship relared work experience is preferred.
Work Experience.
* At least 4 years of experiencie in Telecom field and similar job roles * Work relationship with Carrier or Telecom company´s.
Requisitos * Have the capability of building and improving midle-leveland junior-level customer relationships to support project operations.
* Be able to understand and gain insight into customer pain points and requiments, and effectively present solutions.
* Act as the project organizer or core member, collect information and coordinate resources at relevant levels, and be able to participate in project expansion tasks.
* Participate in developing negotiation strategies and assist improving contract clauses.
* Telecommunication engineering, computer major, other relared science and engineering major preferred.
