e are a global operating company, hence, we kindly request that you share your CV in English!The RoleThe Training Manager will focus on developing and delivering tailored training programs to elevate the knowledge and performance of Pepperstone’s Client Services and Sales teams.
This role is pivotal in ensuring global consistency in training content, documentation, and delivery while working closely with internal stakeholders to align training initiatives with business objectives.
The Training Manager will also drive the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and knowledge assessments to ensure teams are well-equipped to perform at their best.
s our Training Manager, your key responsibilities include, but not limited to.
esign and deliver targeted training programs for Client Services and Sales teams aligned with key business objectives.
Collaborate with the Product team to create training content for new product launches and updates.
Collaborate with the People & Culture team to align on training design and delivery and share data Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for commercial teams and training manuals to ensure consistency across regions.
Conduct regular reviews of documentation and processes for continuous improvement.
Implement quarterly knowledge assessments to measure training impact and identify areas for development.
Analyze assessment results and adjust training programs accordingly.
Collaborate with commercial managers and team leads to identify training needs and priorities.
Act as a liaison to help ensure training programs support business objectives and team effectiveness.
Deliver commercial training sessions across global offices, ensuring alignment with Pepperstone’s values and objectives.
Travel internationally to provide on-site support and training as required.
About you.
minimum of 5 years+ experience in training delivery and design, in a global or multi-site organization.
Sound facilitation skills and knowledge of adult learning methods.
Ability to travel regularly and work across time zones.
Training design and/facilitation certification.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Salesforce and training programs related to financial services.
Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring training effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, education, business, or a related field (preferred).
Experience with trading or learning trading strategies (highly desired).
Experience with MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader and Trading View software (highly desired).
Fluency in additional languages (highly desired).
