TEST PROCESS ENGINEER

Descripción del puesto Position Responsible for assembly capabilities and tooling, order configuration review, maintenance of test equipment and product test exceptions in the production field.
Responsible for copying and maintaining product test engineering resources, verifying and debugging process parameters, preparing and maintaining engineering data, and controlling product test process.
Quickly locate and solve onsite test process problems and promote product/equipment development and design optimization to ensure production and delivery quality and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities Take responsibility for order review, product assembly and test equipment replication, admission acceptance, engineering data maintenance, and routine operation and maintenance, ensuring 100% engineering preparation and zero security accidents.
Base on Huawei product assembly and testing requirement to output SOPs, test equipment specifications, maintenance manuals, engineering reports and operator training to ensure high quality process control.
Locate and manage on site product assembly and test problems in a closed loop, quickly locate, resolve onsite technical problems, and ensure on-time production delivery and output troubleshooting guidance.
According to Huawei environment requirement, make sure that the production room monitoring match the ESD, temperature, humidity and cleanliness standards.
Responsible for product test process control and equipment/instrument/tooling maintenance and calibration, line design and capability improvement to ensure production stability.
Identifying and implementing product test process improvements to reduce costs, minimize waste and increase efficiency, use lean principles such as 6sigma, lean manufacturing to output the process VSM, design and build fixture/karakuri tools to optimize the process.
Responsible for the product testing network and hardware implementation and maintenance, including test servers, VLAN, VM switch and cables to ensure reliable running of the test system.
Requisitos Knowledge/Skills 1.
Have a good knowledge of test equipment maintenance methods and standards.

Have a good knowledge of the basic software and hardware and test principles of the product.
3.
Be familiar with production and IT network management knowledge of product tests.
4.
Have a basic knowledge of manufacturing process control knowledge and EMS engineering capability certification management requirements.
5.
Accurate technical analysis and root cause location, can quickly resolve problems such as test equipment faults and product test failures.
6.
Identify business pain points based on the data analysis of product test failures and test equipment faults, and drive product/equipment development, design, optimization, and implementation Background Bachelor or master degree in Telecommunications, Electronical and mechanical Engineering, computer science, Mechanical and Automation, Physics, AI, maintenance engineering, or similar.
Language Excellent written and verbal communications in English; References Professional Certification Results ：Engineer： C1/C2 Experience Have at least 3 years’ experience in production and test process/test equipment maintenance support.
