About the Role Join our Global Catalog Operations team as a Senior Catalog Data Analyst! In this role, you will lead projects and conduct analyses to enhance our catalog experience across all regions.
You'll work in areas like assortment, pricing, promotions, content, availability, and search.
Along with your global focus, you’ll play a key role in optimizing local operations through data-driven insights, user-friendly dashboards, reports, and more efficient processes.
What You'll Do Develop operational strategies to meet goals set between Global and Local Ops teams.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve goals, manage deadlines, ETAs, and roadmap checkpoints.
Drive Data-Driven Insights.
Extract actionable insights to support local Catalog teams in addressing critical situations.
Streamline Processes.
Create and implement processes that empower local Catalog teams to track and improve key metrics.
Ensure Data Accessibility.
Build tools that make data retrieval simple for local teams, allowing them to analyze and resolve issues independently.
Provide Comprehensive Documentation.
Develop thorough documentation on tools, processes, and catalog-related information to ensure clarity across the organization.
Collaborate.
Work closely with local Catalog teams and the Catalog Product team to drive operational projects and catalog improvements.
Partner with Technology.
Act as a key liaison between non-technical operations members and tech teams, providing insights to address operational challenges at scale.
What You'll Need Basic Qualifications.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
Strong analytical skills.
You have a knack for solving complex problems, enjoy critical thinking, and can draw meaningful insights from data.
Technical proficiency.
You’re skilled in SQL and have a working knowledge of Python.
English proficiency.
You’ll communicate regularly with global teams, so clear and effective communication in English is essential.
