This position reports to Digital Solution Engineering Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a design authority for the Digital engineering discipline.
Each day, you will complete assignments on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects in a cost-effective manner.
You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring assignments are completed in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and cybersecurity policies and standards.

Hybrid {#LI-Hybrid}This role contributes to the Process Automation business area, focused on their Digital portfolio and division in Chile.
Your main stakeholders will be internal sales teams for the Digital and Mining segments.
ou will be mainly accountable for:* Managing and executing the implementation of Operational Excellence and/or Process Performance solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.* Integrating OT (Operational Technology) and IT (Information Technology) data to enhance operational processes and decision-making.* Implementing and optimizing systems such as PIMS (Production Information Management Systems), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), and/or APC (Advanced Process Control), and Industrial Analytics platforms.* Developing and maintaining data management strategies for Operational Excellence and/or Process Performance, focusing on improving process efficiency and product quality.* Providing technical support and training to clients, assisting in the effective adoption and utilization of solutions.
Qualifications for the role You are highly skilled in and have extensive knowledge of data management and advanced/expert controls (APC), as well as of industrial processes related to the Mining and Pulp & Paper markets.
You have the ability to demonstrate your experience in Operational Excellence, Process Performance and/or Advanced Process Control systems, and possess at least 8 years of experience in any of the fields mentioned previously.
You are capable of effective communication with clients, able to communicate ideas clearly, and with your team to drive a positive teamwork environment.
You are open to change, highly adaptable and well organized.
You have a degree in Engineering, from the Automation, Mining, Electronics, Controls, or related fields.
You can communicate effectively and feel at ease with the Spanish language, and can hold conversations (both casual and technical) in English as well.
