Job functions § Manage large datasets using most recent technologies § Work on pulling data for analysis, understanding problem statements and scoping the analysis request, creating presentations with findings/insights etc.
§ Understand and clarify business requirements to convert high-level business problems into specific analytical problems § Articulate analytical approach and results Qualifications and requirements § Leverage analytics data to extract insights and directly correlate them with business outcomes § Utilize BI tools, preferably Tableau, to visualize data and communicate findings effectively § Work independently and under supervision from the team lead.
§ Proactively seek opportunities to help team members by sharing knowledge and expanding skills Desirable skills § 2 to 4 years of experience in the Marketing Analytics domain § Proficiency in data pull and preparation in SQL/Cloud Platforms § Experience in exploratory Data Analysis for Modelling and Business Analysis using Python/Excel § Strong experience with Microsoft Office suite § Familiarity with Databricks is a plus § Experience with BI tools, preferable Tableau § Interact with peers with enthusiasm and facilitate healthy team interaction § Excellent problem-solving skills § Advanced English § Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional teams § Proactive approach to continuous learning and skill development Conditions Heatlh insurance Lunch provided onsite Free healthy snacks all day long Extra days of vacation 2 DP Days per quarter (days off) 4x1 Hybrid mode in CL 3x2 Hybrid mode in MX
