Key Responsibilities.
Conduct outbound sales activities via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings.
Use CRMs to track, manage, and organize sales activities.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively pitch and answer customer questions.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.
Maintain a highly organized workflow to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Actively contribute ideas and strategies to improve the sales process.
Required Skills and Qualifications.
2-4 years of experience as an SDR or in remote sales.
Fluent English (C1/C2 level), both spoken and written.
Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and track prospects.
Ownership mentality.
proactive, accountable, and able to take initiative to drive results.
Extroverted and comfortable with outbound calls to potential clients.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
Highly organized and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications).
Experience selling SaaS products.
Enthusiasm for technology and innovation.
