REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Staleks is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of highquality tools for manicure and pedicure. Established 29 years ago, the company successfully exports its products to Europe and other international markets. As part of our continuous growth, we are opening a vacancy for a Regional Manager in Argentina.


We are seeking a candidate residing in any city in Argentina, with experience in active sales and fluency in Spanish and Russian or English at a communicative level.


Key Responsibilities

Develop sales strategies and promote business growth in the assigned region.
Achieve planned sales targets.
Identify and engage new clients.
Ensure timely and full payment of invoices and monitor clients compliance with contractual terms.
Organize meetings and negotiations with clients, as well as attend industry exhibitions and events.
Conduct market research in the Beauty sector to optimize sales strategies.
Visit points of sale in the assigned territory.

What We Value

Fluency in Spanish and Ukrainian or Russian knowledge of English is a plus.
At least one year of experience in active sales.
Having a car and a valid drivers license is a plus.
Availability for business trips at least five working days per month.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Strong negotiation skills.
Resultoriented, selforganized, and communicative personality.
