Global Talent Operations team who's main goal is to make the company better by recruiting the right people with the right opportunities is looking for you, an experienced specialist for the Chile market, who will share our common goal to make the company better by matching the right people with the right opportunities.
Job functions Provide an impeccable candidate experience Screen resumes, interview candidates, and make selection recommendations to hiring managers Prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline by providing detailed information about our company, business strategy, department specifics, job descriptions, and defining applicants’ expectations Track all recruitment activity in the company's ATS as well as manage hires in Workday Cooperate with GTO to support and manage 3rd party agency resources as necessary Collaborate with finance, HRBP and business leaders to drive recruiting plan Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need Analyze the external labor market as per company needs on a permanent basis and proactively respond to it Conduct regular follow-up meetings with vacancy requestor to determine the effectiveness of recruiting up to Qualifications and requirements Holding a bachelor’s degree or higher Possessing 3+ years of recruiting in executive search company focused on IT Good at learning and adapting to changing business needs A result-oriented, effective and motivated recruiter who puts candidate's experience as the highest priority Experienced in employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management Skilled in communicating recruiting achievement, providing updates to all stakeholders through meetings, email updates, etc.
Capable of creating and extending the recruiting pipeline, maintain the database of candidates and recruitment-related reports Strongly motivated to manage customer/partner expectations Familiar with Applicant Tracking System for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates Demonstrating Intermediate strong English level both in speaking and writing Conditions Be a part of a team focused on making an impact on the business and recruiting for innovative talents Accompany talents to pursue their career path within SoftServe Grow and experiment.
