QUALITY ENGINNEER

Descripción del puesto Implements Huawei's quality requirements in EMS factories as Huawei's resident quality representative, and participates in EMS certification, customer audit, and factory acceptance.
Review the quality planning, quality system construction and improvement, and quality performance management and improvement of the factory.
Participate in the quality control and improvement of product introduction, trial production, mass production, and shipment, and take responsibility for the quality of Huawei products and services.
Participate in the identification and improvement of on-site quality risk management, explore quality risks to promote quality prevention, and regularly organize quality meetings.
Requisitos Education background.
Bachelor or above; Project Management OR Industrial Engineering related majors Work experience.
At least 2 years’ experience in quality enginneering or quality management, have quality issue handling and solving experience.
Understand the manufacturing process and quality management points of the whole process of receiving, storing, picking, producing, and shipping.
Understand ISO & TL quality management system.
Use English as work language, Communication in Chinese is preferred.
6-sigma and Lean project methodology.
