Requirement Analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to review and analyze business requirements, ensuring they are complete and testable.
Risk Management.
Identify and analyze potential project risks.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies.
Test Planning and Strategy.
Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies that outline the scope, approach, resources, and schedule of testing activities.
Test Case Development.
Create and maintain detailed test cases and scripts for functional, performance, regression, and usability testing.
Test Execution.
Conduct manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure the product meets quality standards.
Perform exploratory, usability, and user acceptance testing.
Perform PHP Unit Tests, and identify and record results.
Defect Tracking and Management.
Log defects, track their resolution, and verify fixes.
Provide detailed defect reports to the development team.
Quality Documentation.
Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, defect reports, and test results.
Continuous Improvement.
Analyze user feedback and behavior to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
Utilize tools like Google Analytics and heat mapping for insights.
Collaboration.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality objectives and requirements.
Requerimientos del cargo Ingles B2 - C1 Conocimientos del proceso de desarrollo de software.
Sólida experiencia armando test cases (design / executions) Experiencia diseñando Test Plans.
Experiencia reconociendo Bugs/Issues Facilidad en la comunicación con el resto del equipo (tanto QAs como DEVs, PMs, TLs, etc) Conocimientos sobre metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc).
Herramientas de Project Management como Jira, ClickUp, o similares.
Experiencia en testing manual en desarrollo de software en una gran variedad de entornos como.
Web en multiples browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE, etc).
Mobile (iOS, Android) Sólida experiencia en diferentes tipos de testing como Smoke, sanity, regression, integration, UAT, stress, performance, etc.
Tracking tools como Testrail/ Zephyr/Quality Center/ X-ray/etc.
