About the role The Project Manager is responsible for managing delivery of large to medium scale projects and ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, adhere to expected quality standards and within budget.
The Project Manager will be expected to manage the production of required deliverables; use of resources; planning, monitoring & maintaining project plans; managing project risks (including the development of contingency plans); and, ensuring work is not overlooked nor duplicated.
What you need Bachelor Degree or equivalent is a must Experience within the finance industry is a must (Banking, insurance, financial services or related).
Project implementation of transformational initiatives with proven track record is essential Agile methodology dominance and experience Strong English language skills and conversational Spanish and Portuguese a plus Captive financing experience a plus Has a solid understanding of the overall business and corporate objectives and works under broad project direction with the ability to self-define specific tasks Excels at administering and coordinating groups of individuals by promoting teamwork, delegating tasks, resolving conflict and setting goals Communicates effectively at all levels in written correspondence and in live settings utilizing relevant presentation tools and techniques Ability to stay on task by managing time and prioritizing responsibilities to maximize productivity and minimize distractions in key project areas Manages risks by predicting and creating solutions to issues before they arise Understanding of basic accounting principles to ensure projects remain within budgetary parameters Takes a hands-on approach to project work and is adaptable in terms of style and activities undertaken Creating and delivering effective presentations Comprehensive PC based tools knowledge (particularly Planview Workfront, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) What you will be doing Drive project management excellence in project delivery, including.
