8+ years of experience in project management, particularly in engineering or consulting within the mining sector.
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (specialization in Mechanical, Hydraulic, Geotechnical, or Civil disciplines).
Strong working knowledge of project management tools like MS Project or Primavera (PMP certification is a plus!).
Bilingual communication skills (Intermediate English proficiency).
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
