In Southbridge Access we're all about connecting students to Global Business.
We're an educational tourism company based in Chile, and we're looking for our next Program Development Associate.
Mission: Work independently and in tandem with University Relations representatives to build strong client relationships with university partners and develop value-added proposals for faculty-led programs, with the purpose of advancing our business development strategy and establishing our presence as a travel provider in existing and new markets.
Main Tasks:
1. Develop and convey a strong understanding of our company and the programs we offer at Southbridge Access to create a portfolio of destinations and types of programs we deliver.
2. Research and identify new prospective business, government, and NGO partner organizations in our destination countries so we have a fluent source of services and features to customize our itineraries.
3. Develop and propose creative and value-added itineraries for prospective programs in Latin America, Europe, Africa and Asia among other destinations, fostering engagement with the faculties and a long-term relationship.
4. Review cost, help with budgeting, and assist with cost sheet correction in order to deliver proper package costs to our clients, maximizing the efficiency of the Costing processes.
5· Present and showcase Southbridge Access' services on all required occasions securing possible opportunities, as well as propose innovative improvements to the operation ensuring continuous growth of the department driven by innovation.
Requirements:
* International Business, Internatianal Education or Research focused related Degree.
* English C2 ideally certified, Microsoft Office Suite, Hubspot (or other CRM), Monday, Google Drive and Canva (desirable).
* 1.5-2 years of experience in multitasking consulting, business development, KAM, research, education, and/or tourism organization/sales. Experience in startups is also desirable.
