Job Description I am recruiting for a Performance Manager with a highly regulated business in the northern home counties.
You will.
The Performance Manager therefore plays a lead role within the organisation in providing guidance to the business on how to operate within this new economic model and outcomes-focused approach, including being able to demonstrate evidence that supports commercial decision making and delivery of Licence Outcomes.
Lead the production, quarterly submission, annual review and ongoing monitoring of the Performance Standards Report including Operational Performance Metrics (OPMs) across the organisation.
Support the business in delivering its Annual Business Plan, Budget and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including ongoing monitoring.
Lead delivery of s.
Board Assurance Statement and enterprise-wide guidance on commercial regulatory assurance.
Lead the provision of commercial regulatory guidance to the business in support of its innovation pipeline and Enabling Agreement arrangements (including regulatory commercial approvals and Estimated Implementation Cost (EIC) support as required).

Experience in performance management and business planning gained in either the public or private sector.
Bright, highly analytical and intellectually agile, able to learn and manage complexity quickly.
High level of integrity whilst also able to successfully partner with the business in meaningful ways through building trusting relationships and connections.
A strong collaborator, influencer, listener, to build consensus and a constructive working relationship across the organisation.
