OPERATIONS & STRATEGY MANAGER

What You'll Do.
\* Be the operational glue that holds together major team efforts for large and strategic projects, initiatives, and deployments, helping the Operations Rides Team to meet profitability goals \* Support the Uber team by defining precise actions on the city and region-wide projects with an expansion and implementation focus.
You’ll see the immediate impact of your decisions in the market! \* Develop Strategic Insights - Take big-picture ideas and break them into actionable steps to understand the marketplace the company is in and develop insights that will help us deliver our main projects \* Work closely with the operations teams to streamline processes by managing and working with different stakeholders to set initiatives, campaigns, budgets, and projects along the region \* Be Resourceful and Take Initiative.

\* Bachelor's degree with at least 3+ years of experience in Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, Business Intelligence or related fields, but we will consider candidates with other backgrounds if they meet our other requirements.
