MICROWARE ENGINEER

Descripción del puesto Main Responsabilities.
* Take charge of key customer relationships developing, develop and implement customer relationship plans, and support decisions for market landscape improvement and marker share expansion.
* Act as the core member of projects of El Salvador Carrier BG, leading the project operations, and take responsability for project success.
* Gain insight into customers strategies, develop and implement strategic planning, and reach strategic cooperation.
Understand and guide customers bussiness, network, and business pain points, explore opportunities to expand the market, guide win-win projects, and resolve customer issues.
* Take charge of project negotiation and transaction model desing, and take charge of project transaction and operation activities such as risk management.
Professionals Skills.
* Have working experience in ICT domain * Have experiene in sales project operations, and have some knowedge of sales project operations * Customer relationship related work, experience is preferred.
Work Experience.
* At least 4 years of experience in Telecom field and similar job roles.
* Work rellationship with Carrier or Telecom Companys Requisitos * Have the capability of building and improving middle - level and junior - level customer relationships to support project operations.
* Be abble to understand and gain insight into customer pain points and requirements, and effectivively present solutions.
* Act as the project organizer or core member, collect information and coordinate resources at relevant levels, and be able to participate in project expansions tasks..
* Participate in developing negociation strategies and assist in improving contract clausses.
* Telecomunication engineering, computer major, other related science and engineering majors preferred.
