Job Description Reporting to the Head of Operations for the Region, the Hotel Manager / Community manager will be responsible of leading and oversees the daily operations for a property in Saudi Arabia which is already open and two new openings.
He /She will be responsible for providing input in the development of budgets, deal with the facility manager to oversees all partners and suppliers work and costs as promoting high results of resident satisfaction and retention.
Oversee daily operations and make key decisions for the business.
Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions and requests ana timely manner.
Handle customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular property inspections and develop a proper action plan to make sure that the property and the services are by the company standards.
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Manage and lead a team to ensure exceptional delivery of service.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate and work together with the facility manager to ensure the different vendors and partners (maintenance, cleaning, f&b, etc) comply with the company standards and as well with the rest of the vendors.
Manage budgets/expenses, analyze and interpret financial information and monitor sales and profits.
Monitor the building financials, setting and achieving targets.
Ensure rent and fees are collected and posted in a timely manner.
Prepare and review monthly financial reports.
Develop and implement business strategies to promote the hotel's presence.
Gather, analyze and interpret current market / economic trends that may impact the property.
Implement short and long-range marketing and leasing strategies to achieve the property occupancy and revenue goals.
Ensure adherence to all legal, health, and safety regulations.
The Successful Applicant A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality and leisure industry (3/5 years' experience as a Hotel Manager or Operations Manager in hotel business, services apartments / residences, co-living spaces or similar.
A customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team.
Sound knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
