RESPONSIBILITIES.
Designing and implementing organizational change and communications around system improvements and net new technology product integrations and/or deployments Developing reports on metrics, utilization, engagement, crafting materials and aligned with strategic plans for enterprise-wide quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reporting cycles Collaborating and supporting the HRIS project team with user acceptance, integration, and system testing to further optimize the current SAP SuccessFactors recruitment module Actively participating in the ongoing evaluation, vetting, and demonstrations from emerging talent technology vendors QUALIFICATIONS.
Passion for learning new concepts and systems  Validated ability to grasp new technologies and platforms quickly, accurately, and efficiently A demonstrable understanding of data flows, structures, and API frameworks is crucial to success in this position Five (5) years' configuration, implementation, and super-administration with platforms like Lever or Greenhouse, and enterprise-grade ATS products in SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or Workday Seven (7) years+ combined expertise in full-cycle recruiting, tactical headhunting, talent sourcing, service delivery, technical support, customer service, sales, and facilitation Tried and true communicator, with an unparalleled ability to establish rapport, present, and collaborate across a wide variety of technical and non-technical staff Desire to work efficiently and achieve results individually, and as a part of a cohesive working group, in a combined variety of changing environments Familiarity with; continuous integration and continuous deployment (CICD), Agile, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies   SALARY RANGE.
