Main responsibilities.
Reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager ensuring that all sales and profit targets are achieved through.
Coordinating and supervising store assistants in the assigned area ensuring optimum customer service.
Ensuring that the daily guidelines set for each floor are adhered to.
Ensuring the replenishment and organisation of the sales area in accordance with Visual Merchandising criteria.
Supervise the correct operation of the checkout area.
Customer service, information and sales management support.

Languages.
Spanish and English with ability to communicate effectively both spoken and written.
Regular user of Windows Office.
Studies and experience.
University education related to our business.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct customer service preferably in the field of sport, street/casual fashion of related competitor companies in this sector.
At least one year of experience in team management.
