Descripción del puesto Finance and Administration 1.
Accounting  Treasury.
Monitor A/P and work with CFO to manage cash  Ensure sales contract terms are properly registered in accounting system and deposits are charged  Oversee audit process  Manage outside payroll processor to ensure accuracy 2.
Reporting  Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, variance reports and closing reports.
 Ensure quality control (accuracy) over financial transactions and financial reporting  Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting 3.
Financial Planning  Coordinating annual corporate budget preparation  Ensuring management dashboards are accurate and useful  Tax planning.
Ensure that the company is complying and tax efficient.

Project Financing.
 Oversee Budgeting and Project Cash Flow  Preparation of Bank Financing Packages and related periodic reports  Preparation of Quarterly and Annual Reports and Projections for investors  Monitor compliance of debt covenants  Oversee project financing closeout  Development and ownership of project financial models 5.
Internal Controls  Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
 Examine all financial reports and data, analyze and check for discrepancies  Reduce inefficiencies and costs across the business 6.
Fund Management  Oversee preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements for REIT administrator and subfunds.
 Coordinate with REIT Compliance officer and ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulators (SMV), Bolsa de Valores de Panama and investors.

Asset and Property Management  Ensure historical information is accurate and available for Portfolio/Sub Fund Managers to prepare periodic reports  Ensure rental contractual terms are accurately recorded in accounting system  Monitor A/R and work with Portfolio/Sub Fund Managers to control delinquencies  Acquisitions.
assist with closings of acquisitions and operational integration into accounting and reporting systems  Coordinate annual budgeting and forecasting to ensure property and portfolio managers get them done on time Requisitos Requirements.
 Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
 5+ Proven experience in finance management.
 Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
 CPA License preferably.
 Good communication skills.
 Strong leadership qualities.
 Excellent interpersonal skills.
 Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
 Auditing experience.
 Compliance oriented.
 Proficiency in accounting software.
