Job Description This position requires a visionary leader who can navigate complex financial landscapes while fostering collaboration and growth within the finance team.
Financial Leadership.
Provide strategic financial support to the BU Managing Director and act as a business partner within the entire BU.
Financial Management.
Oversee all financial activities and operations within the BU, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and local market conditions.
Performance Monitoring.
Monitor financial performance, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial targets.
Strategy Development.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Planning and Forecasting.
Lead the BU's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Analysis and Insights.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Reporting.
Manage financial reporting processes, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
Collaboration.
Work closely with sales, operations, and human resources departments to optimise financial performance and achieve business objectives.
Internal Controls.
Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
