As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' facilities and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong project management skills and previous experience in facilities management.
Responsibilities.
- Follow up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction of their requirements.
- Prepare and monitor the Preventive Maintenance program to ensure timely completion of all scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Manage the maintenance team, including developing review routines for on-site technicians and providing guidance and support.
- Identify possible corrective maintenance needs and coordinate with the maintenance team to address them promptly.
- Maintain accurate and organized files on work orders, proposals, and department files.
- Process invoices and ensure proper cost center coding for accurate financial tracking.
- Assist with facility campus inspections to identify any potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Aid in process and procedural training for the maintenance team as needed.
- Generate reports on maintenance activities, costs, and performance metrics.
Requisitos Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management or facilities management, ideally with at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite.
