Descripción del puesto Important company is looking for a Part Time Facility Coordinator URGENTLY.
Employee is only required to work 12 hours a week.
A facilities coordinator is vital to the smooth operation of a company.
Responsibilities - Follow-up with clients to guarantee complete satisfaction of their requirements.
- Prepare and monitor the Preventive Maintenance program - Maintenance team management (Develop and perform review routines for on-site technicians) - Identify possible corrective maintenance - Maintains files on work orders, proposals and department files.
- Processes invoices and ensures proper cost center coding.
- Assists with facility campus inspections.
- Helps with process and procedural training.
- Generating reports Requisitos Requirements.
- Completed bachelor's degree in electrical engineering/ related field - At least 3 years related work experience Beneficios Salary.
$ for the month, the position will also only be for one month
