E-COMMERCE REGIONAL SCRUM MASTER

Descripción del puesto Objective We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the Agile execution of B2B E-commerce initiatives across two key products, serving multiple countries in LATAM (Colombia, Perú, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Argentina, Uruguay, and Mexico).
The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile practices, ensure team alignment, and drive successful sprint delivery while coordinating with regional, local, and external stakeholders.
How to contribute.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Scrum teams from external vendors to articulate sprint planning and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with the Technical Product Owner and Business product owners to maintain, govern, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Track and report metrics on Sprint Progress, sprint velocity, burndown charts, and releases to ensure visibility and informed decision-making with Stakeholders.
• Coordinate the task approval process, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Work closely with Project Managers and Scrum teams from external vendors to articulate sprint planning and delivery processes.
• Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and vendors, ensuring that sprint goals and deliverables are met.
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices, coaching team members when needed to optimize delivery.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on sprint progress, blockers, and outcomes for stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies affecting sprint deliverables, escalating as needed.
Requisitos What this role should bring? • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with proven success in managing Agile teams delivering high- complexity IT/e-commerce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
• Experience working in multi-country or regional environments, coordinating efforts across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Technical and Business product owners, Project Managers, QA, and other roles.
• Proficiency in tracking Agile metrics and ensuring their use for process improvement.
Mondelez International Internal • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in managing sprint and delivery processes.
• Experience in e-commerce domain is highly desirable.
• Ability to articulate and influence stakeholders.
Certifications and Tools.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
• Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira.
• Experience creating dashboards and generating reports for sprint and release metrics.
